The ai@ISP page for Consultants shows the ai@ISP options for each account you manage. When you first land on this page, you’ll see a list of your accounts on the left-hand side. To the right of each account are two columns you can update: Settings and Data Updates.
Settings
Select Edit Settings to turn any of these options On or Off for that account:
Combine Duplicates
Mark Reports as Filed
Send Alerts
Occ/Employer Emails
Major Donor Notice
This column also includes two links. Customize Occ/Employer Email lets you create an email requesting Employer and/or Occupation information from entities that are missing it. Customize Major Donor Notice lets you tailor the major donor notice.
Data Updates
See which data updates are set for that account (e.g., Cleanup Zip Codes). Select Edit to open a single modal, where you can turn each data update on or off for that account.
Bulk Update
To change options across all of your accounts at once, select the Bulk Update button at the bottom of the page.
