What Are Cross-Account Reports?

Cross-Accounts Reports allow you to extract information across all or some of your accounts. 

• Check Transaction Limits: Check transactions across your firm’s accounts for contribution limit issues.
• Consolidated Accounts Payable Report: This report allows you to view Balances across various accounts you run. Use the Date field to display Balances information up to that date. The Accounts field will provide information based on specific databases. You can choose one database, a few databases, or all of them.
• Consolidated Profit & Loss Report: Use this report to view your Income and Expenses broken down by Budget Category.
• Consolidated Transactions Report: Use this report to view all transactions of a certain type (or types) across whichever accounts you choose.
• Consolidated Transaction Summary: Use this report to view a summary of all transactions of your choosing across your accounts.
• Issue Counts: View compliance issue counts across your firm’s accounts.
• Login Summary Report: Review recent login activity to ensure no unexpected behavior or other dangerous activity is occurring in firm accounts you have access to.
• Missing Occupation/Employer: Use this report to gather a list of records in multiple ISP databases that are missing Occupation and/or Employer. Each result indicates which account it came from.
• Missing Addresses: Gather a list of records from multiple ISP databases that are missing any piece of the address block. Each result indicates its source account.

Schedule a Cross-Account Report

Use Cross-Account Scheduled Reports in Consultant Tools to schedule eligible reports to run automatically and send to selected recipients. Some cross-account reports may not be available to schedule.
