Our integration partners sometimes make changes to their system that we are unaware of. If the steps provided in this help file don’t match what you see on their site, please contact our support team so we can assist you in getting the integration set up properly.
How do I add the Donorbox integration?
- Go to the Integrations tab and select Add/Remove Integrations.
- On the resulting page, in the Available section, click the Donorbox integration.
- At this point, log in to your Donorbox account in a separate tab.
- From the menu on the left side of your screen, expand the Integrations & Add-ons section.
- Click ISPolitical.
- Click Connect and enter your ISP short name. This can be found in the upper-left corner of ISP.
- Click Activate.
