When you open an account with ISP, the database is an empty slate. However, to use the system as designed, filling it with data is an important first step.
During the first 30 days of service, at no additional charge, we will import up to 3 data files provided by our customer, provided the account is in good standing with a
billing rate that includes support coverage. If you have any questions, please contact your sales representative.
Files must be provided in a standard,
uniform electronic format. We will determine, in our sole and reasonable discretion, whether a submitted file is suitable for import.
After you send the data you’d like imported, you can expect a turnaround time of one business week. However, in rare cases, it can take longer.

If you need to do a regular import that doesn’t appear to be available, such as from your online donation processor, talk to us about integrations and custom import formats.
