The ISP Chatbot is designed to answer questions about ISP using information from ISP help files and documentation.
Accessing the ISP Chatbot
To open the ISP Chatbot, select System (gear icon), then choose Chatbot.
How the ISP Chatbot Works
The ISP Chatbot is trained using ISP help files and documentation. Its responses are limited to the filing agencies configured on your account. If your account includes multiple filers, the ISP Chatbot can answer questions related to each configured filing agency.
Important Limitations
The ISP Chatbot is intended to assist with general questions and basic guidance. Responses may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
The ISP Chatbot does not have access to data stored in your account. It cannot view, search, or analyze your transactions, reports, contributors, vendors, account settings, or other account-specific information.
Do not rely on the ISP Chatbot as the sole source for compliance decisions, filing requirements, or legal guidance. Information should be verified using official filing agency resources and your organization’s compliance procedures.
When to Contact Support
The ISP Chatbot is not a replacement for ISP Support or professional compliance guidance.
Contact ISP Support if you need assistance with:
- Troubleshooting system issues
- Complex workflows or data corrections
- Questions about account configuration
- Issues importing, exporting, or filing data
Consult your compliance team, legal counsel, treasurer, or filing professional for guidance regarding filing requirements, reporting obligations, or regulatory interpretation.
Tips for Getting Better Answers
The ISP Chatbot works best when questions are specific and focused on a single topic.
For example, instead of asking multiple questions in a single prompt, ask each question separately. Breaking complex topics into smaller questions often yields more accurate, detailed responses.
When possible, include relevant details such as the filing agency, report type, transaction type, or ISP feature you are working with.
Keep in mind that more information is not always better. Clear, concise questions will generally produce the best results.
