About the MS 48 Hour Report of Reportable Contributions

Applies To: Mississippi

The MS 48 Hour Report of Reportable Contribution is for Monetary and/or In-kind Contributions of more than $200 received after the 10th day but more than 48 hours before the day of the election. Make sure to enter the From Date as 10 days prior to the election.

In addition, ensure Mark As Filed is clicked after you are satisfied with the report to ensure transactions are not double reported.

Important Information Regarding Future Filing

As of 07-18-2023, Mississippi’s online campaign finance filing system for filing e-files have been disabled; with no time-table of its return. As of now, Mississippi is requiring only paper versions of your report, including PDFs. You can submit your report 1 of 4 ways.
