To e-file with KS, you need to download the e-file from our system and upload it into the Secretary of States’ system. Please log in to your state account in order to upload your files.
To paper file with KS, you need to download and print the PDF from our system and submit it to the Kansas Secretary of State or County Elections Officer, as appropriate.
