The Kansas Candidate Report is used to report state and local candidate committee campaign receipts and expenditures.
To e-file with KS, you need to download the e-file from our system and upload it into the Secretary of States’ system. Please log in to your state account in order to upload your files. If eFiling the report, reports are due by 11:59pm CT on the due date.
To paper file with KS, you need to download and print the PDF from our system and submit it to the Kansas Secretary of State or County Elections Officer, as appropriate. If mailing your report, reports are due by the following day. If hand-delivering reports, they must be received in office by 5:00pm on the due date.
