When you connect a transaction integration, such as ActBlue, WinRed, or Anedot, transaction data flows into ISP through Pending Imports. This page explains how that flow works, both with ai@ISP and without it.
What are Pending Imports?
All transaction data from your integrations arrives in the Pending Imports section of your Dashboard exactly the same way. Pending Imports act as a waiting area: the data is not in your account yet, so it will not appear in searches or reports until it is processed. What happens when ai@ISP is on?
By default, ai@ISP processes your pending imports for you throughout the day. Records that are perfect matches are handled and imported automatically, and anything the AI is not confident about stays in Pending Imports for you to review, with an alert letting you know action is needed. What happens when ai@ISP is off?
If ai@ISP is off, automatic imports stop, and everything is manual. All pending imports will wait in Pending Imports until you review and process them yourself.
