The TX Daily-E PAC Report is for reporting direct campaign expenses supporting or opposing a candidate, beginning the ninth day before election day and ending at 12 noon on the day prior to election day if the direct expenditures exceed;
- $1,890 in the aggregate to support or oppose a single candidate;
OR
- $28,330 in the aggregate to support or oppose a group of candidates.
To file your report, you must generate and download your e-file to upload to your filing account. Log into your state account and file your report with the state.
