How to File the NY Weekly Claims Report

The NY Weekly Claims Report is able to be uploaded in two different places on the NY state site. 

Import Disclosure Report – NY PCF Weekly Report (Full)

The first place this report may be uploaded is under the Import Disclosure Report section. To upload here:

1. Navigate to “Import Disclosure Reports”
2. Select the appropriate year.
3. Select ISPolitical under the Vendor Name dropdown.
4. Click Choose File under the File to Upload and upload your efiling (.csv) report you downloaded directly from ISP and click Upload.
5. Click on Import to import the file.

File a Disclosure Report – NY PCF Weekly Report (Just SchA)

This upload method would require manual entry for transactions other than contributions, as only contributions are included in the Schedule A that is uploaded here (i.e. nothing from Schedules I/J/K/M is included).

1. Navigate to “File a Disclosure Report” on the NY state site.
2. Select the appropriate  Report Year, Election Type, Report Type, Election Date, Disclosure Type, and Filing Date.
3. Click Apply on the left side.
4. Select the Transaction Type “Monetary Contributions Received from Individuals and Partnerships” and click Apply.
5. Click on Import and upload the report you downloaded from ISP.
