The AZ EZ Bulk Upload is intended only for Candidate Filers, and has extremely limited import capabilities.
The EZ Bulk Upload can only import Monetary Contributions from Individuals; all other transactions will have to be hand-entered into the AZ system by generating Transaction Reports.
The report parameter fields are as follows:
- Date Range: Please
ensure that your date range lines up with Arizona reporting dates or
dates that are specific to your report. i.e. Quarter 2 or Post-Primary Election - Previous General Election Date: Please supply the date of the last general election.
- All Caps: By checking this box, the entire report will generate in ALL CAPS.
- Once you have supplied the above information, click Generate at the bottom of the page.
- When the report has completed generating, the page will refresh with any errors or warnings to be addressed. At the bottom of the page, click on Download > Efiling, and save the Excel spreadsheet somewhere you will be able to search for it again.
- After saving the generated EZ Bulk Upload, login to Beacon.
- On the left side navigation, click on EZ Bulk Upload. When the menu expands, click on EZ Bulk Upload again.
- Towards the middle/bottom of the page, under Bulk File Import, click on Choose a File, and upload the EZ Bulk Upload as generated and downloaded from ISP.
- Follow the state’s prompts to finish the import.
- After the contributions from Individuals have been imported, click on either Income or Expenses and select the appropriate menu option to hand-enter the balance of your transactions.
