To file the KS Candidate Last Minute Contribution Report, generate your report and download the PDF. Then you can log in to the KS SOS’ Campaign Finance Reporting site and manually enter the qualifying transactions. If eFiling, reports are due by 11:59pm CT on the due date.
You may also print the PDF, sign it, and submit the paper copy to the KS SOS office or local county elections officer, as appropriate. If mailing your report, reports are due by the following day. If hand-delivering reports, they must be received in office by 5:00pm on the due date.
