About the WA Last Minute Contributions Report

Applies To: Washington
The WA PDC Last Minute Contributions report is to be used by Candidate and Candidate Committees who have received Monetary Contributions or Inkind Contributions totaling $1000 that are seven days before the Primary or 21 days before the General.

This report is only for reference material. Users must file report manually through the WA PDC portal.

This report discloses:
  • the amount of the contributions
  • the date or date received
  • the name and address of the donor
  • the receiving campaigns name and address

During the seven days before the primary and the 21 days before the general election, candidates and committees must file special reports of contributions they  receive during that 7- or 21-day period from one source that are $1,000 or more in the aggregate, whether cash or in-kind or a combination of the two. Committees also must report any contributions made that meet that threshold.

The contributor reports within 24 hours of giving while the recipient reports within 48 hours of receipt
