How Do I Set up the Numero Integration?

Numero is a  fundraising and call-time service for Democrats that seamlessly integrates with ISP.

The core Numero integration will send donation details and batching information from their system to ISP. There is also an advanced option to support sending data from ISP to Numero..

1. In ISP, go to the Integrations tab and select Add/Remove Integrations.

2. Search for Numero.

3. Click on Numero to install it on your ISP database.

4. After adding the integration to your ISP database, email Numero at support@numero.ai to complete the setup.

When emailing Numero, they will need your ISP short account name, which is displayed in the upper left corner when signed into ISP (after the ISP: text). You can also request a backfill of any data already in Numero.

Once the integration is set up, a Numero option will appear under the Integrations section. On this page, you can view how many transactions have been received by ISP and customize the integration further. 

The Numero to ISP integration features:

• Numero Payment Processing (Contributions and Refunds) will be done in near real-time from Numero into ISP.
• Automatic creation of Batch Deposits containing that information once the deposit has been made into the user’s bank account.
• Automatic creation of Expense transactions as part of the Batch Deposits.

ISP and Numero also support a bidirectional integration where contributions entered into ISP from other sources are sent to Numero. This requires the premium Webook tool. Please contact your ISP sales rep if you have questions about access to premium tools.

You can install the webhook integration by navigating to Tools > Add/Remove Tools, and clicking on the option for webhooks. Once that is added to your account, email support@numero.ai and request they set up your account to accept incoming ISPolitical data.

An ISP to Numero integration features support for:

• Contribution, Refund, Reattribution, and Redesignation information sent from ISP to Numero.
• New records are created in Numero if they don’t match existing record details.
• Changes to transactions (edits and deletions) in ISP are carried over to Numero.
• JFC allocations can also be sent over to Numero.
• Budget Category info in ISP carries over to Numero as a source code on the contribution.
