The TX Daily-C PAC Report is for reporting contributions received, supporting or opposing a candidate, beginning the ninth day before the election and ending at noon, on the day prior to election if the contributions exceed;
- $1,890 in the aggregate to support or oppose a single candidate
OR
- $28,330 in the aggregate to support or oppose a group of candidates
To file your report, you must generate and download your e-file to upload to your filing account. Log into your state account and file your report with the state.
