Why Don’t I See the Correct Compliance Reports?

If you navigate to the Compliance Reports page and don’t see the reports you’re expecting to see, you might have something set up incorrectly.

  • Click on the System menu, then Account Management. Is the Filing Agency correct? If not, please email Support.
  • Have you correctly set up your filer record? Navigate to the Reports menu, then select Compliance. At the bottom of this page, select Related Pages and then Manage Filers. This page shows you your filer record(s). Go to your filer record and verify everything looks accurate. Note that your filer record should be the committee you’re filing for, not the person doing the filing.
  • In the Committee Info section on your filer record, is the committee type correct?
  • In the Committee Info section on your filer record, are the Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction Description correct?
