What Is the Pennsylvania Apply to File Process?

All Pennsylvania e-filers must use the Apply to File registration process prior to e-filing required reports. This requirement will allow you to upload your report to the state’s system.

1. Log into your account in the state’s system
2. On the left, select Apply to File from the sidebar options
3. On the resulting screen enter your Filer ID and click Search
4. Click Apply to File
