About the MA Non Depository Periodic Report

The MA Non-Depository Periodic Report is for Non-Depository Filers. This report shows receipts and expenditures made or given to a committee. 

Schedule Groups

  • Schedule A Receipts: The name and residential addresses are to be reported for all receipts over $50 in a calendar year; these must be put in alphabetical order. For any receipts over $200, the occupation and employer must be reported. 
  • Schedule B Expenditures: Committees are to list in alphabetical order expenditures over $50 in a reporting period. 
  • Schedule C Inkind: Committees are to list in alphabetical order inkind contributions over $50 in a reporting period. 
  • Schedule D Liabilities: All committees must report all liabilities if they are still outstanding and have already been reported previously; you will need to report those during the reporting period.  
  • Schedule O Candidate Expenses: This schedule group is for expenses made from the candidate’s personal funds. All transactions over the $50 threshold will need to be reported alphabetically.
