About the KS PAC Report

The Kansas PAC Report is used to report state and local political committees’ campaign contributions both distributed to a campaign or collected by the committee itself. To record a monetary contribution as a sale of political materials, please be sure to add the tag Sale of Political Materials to your transactions.

To e-file with KS, you need to download the e-file from our system and upload it into the state’s system. Please login to your state account in order to upload your text files.
