Broadcast emails are emails your campaign or organization sends from within ISPolitical to your recipients. These emails include an unsubscribe link. If a recipient unsubscribes and later wants to receive broadcast emails again, they can resubscribe using the resubscribe page.
Unsubscribing from broadcast emails
Broadcast emails sent from within ISPolitical include an unsubscribe link. Recipients can click this link to stop receiving broadcast emails sent through ISPolitical.
This applies to broadcast emails sent through:
- PDI Email
- Broadcast Email: Gmail
This does not apply to Mailchimp. Mailchimp manages its own unsubscribe process separately.
Resubscribing to broadcast emails
Recipients can resubscribe here:
https://app.ispolitical.com/public/resubscribe
After entering their email address, the recipient will receive a confirmation email. They must click the confirmation link in that email to approve the resubscribe request.
This helps make sure the recipient is not resubscribed without their permission.
